We offer a 7-day return window for our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item within 7 days of receipt. Please note the following conditions:

  • Eligibility for Return: Products must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging to be eligible for a return.

  • Return Costs: Returns are free of charge for customers in the UK. We will cover the return shipping costs if the item is returned according to our return policy.

2. Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If the return is accepted, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive the returned item.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 working days of delivery to report the issue. We will provide a free reprint or a full refund depending on the situation.

For custom orders (e.g., custom printed packaging), please note the following:

  • Return Restrictions: Due to the nature of custom products, returns may not be accepted unless the item is defective or damaged.
